Microchip catheter
Multimodal neuromonitoring in neurosurgery enables the causes of possible cerebral damage to be recognised at an early stage. The ICP is measured on the basis of semiconductor pressure sensors. The oxygen partial pressure is measured using the oxygen quenching method. This allows the level and changes in the parameters to be recorded reliably, quickly and accurately.
