RESODURA® - The Original
RESODURA® is a biological, resorbable dura substitute based on native equine collagen fibrils. Due to the special manufacturing process, RESODURA® is transparent, allowing optimal visual control of underlying tissue. RESODURA® is available in six different implant sizes and can be perfectly adapted to the defect. RESODURA® minimizes inflammatory and immunological reactions and thus reduces scarring.
